By creating an account on BHire or by using any part of the BHire platform (including bhire.in and any related subdomains), you ("User", "HR User", or "Organisation") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using BHire on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use BHire.
BHire provides an AI-powered hiring assessment platform that allows HR professionals to:
BHire is currently in pilot / early-access phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice during this period.
To use BHire, you must register for an account using a valid work email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes.
You must not share your account with others or allow others to access BHire through your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Security notice: During the pilot phase, credentials are stored for authentication purposes. Please use a unique password not shared with other services. BHire is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
You agree not to use BHire to:
BHire reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.
As an HR user, you are the data controller for any candidate data you collect through BHire. You are solely responsible for:
BHire processes candidate data on your behalf as a data processor. By using the platform, you confirm you have a lawful basis to process candidate data and that candidates have been appropriately informed.
BHire uses Claude (by Anthropic) to generate assessment questions and hiring recommendations. You acknowledge that:
All platform software, design, trademarks, and content created by BHire are the exclusive property of BHire Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Content you upload (resumes, job descriptions) remains your property. You grant BHire a limited licence to process this content solely to deliver the service.
During the pilot phase, BHire may be offered free of charge to select organisations. Any future paid plans will be communicated in advance with clear pricing.
If and when billing is introduced, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. BHire reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
BHire is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. During the pilot phase, features may change or be removed without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHire Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us at hello@bhire.in.
BHire may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we decide to discontinue the service.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at hello@bhire.in. We will endeavour to respond within 10 business days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify active users by email where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of BHire after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
